common concerns

We offer a range of advanced treatments that help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and rejuvenate your skin. These non-surgical procedures are designed to smooth out fine lines and restore a more youthful complexion.

Acne is a common skin condition that affects people of all ages, not just teenagers. While hormonal changes during puberty are often linked to acne outbreaks, adults, pregnant women, and those going through menopause can also experience flare-ups. Acne can appear on the face, neck, back, and chest, and is typically caused by clogged pores, excess sebum, dead skin cells, or a combination of both.

Often described as tired, dry, or lacking in luminosity, a dull complexion typically appears uneven in tone and texture, with reduced natural glow. This is often the result of environmental stressors, lifestyle factors, and a decline in the skin’s natural cell renewal process.

Due to the natural process of ageing, enlarged pores typically occur because the structure of the skin has started to weaken and the pores appear to open up. As collagen and elastin are lost, the skin’s taut properties decrease, which can lead to weaker skin stretching at the pores.

New here?

Before any skin treatment, a consultation is essential. This dedicated time allows for an in-depth conversation around your desired results, an assessment of your skin, and a tailored recommendation on the most suitable method for your skin type and lifestyle.

A skin scan is carried out to ensure we deeply analyse your complexion, and everything from maintenance to aftercare is discussed in detail. It’s a considered, personalised approach that ensures results are not only beautiful, but lasting.

We take a fully refundable deposit of £50 for all our consultations. Your deposit can be refunded in the clinic or redeemed against our treatments or products purchased after the consultation.

How can I improve my scalp health to help with hair growth and hair loss?

If you lose up to 100 hair strands per day, this is considered normal. That’s because your hair goes through cycles of regeneration, so you don’t need to worry if you aren’t seeing bald patches, or if your hair isn’t appearing notably thin or broken. It’s when the latter happens that we refer to the condition as ‘hair loss’, and we have a range of scalp health treatments available at our Sheffield-based clinic that can help.

How our skin changes during menopause & how to care for it.

Menopause is a natural phase in life that brings with it many physical changes, including those that may be noticeable in your skin. These changes are largely due to hormonal fluctuations, particularly a decrease in oestrogen.
